Daniel Villanueva, President

Daniel Villanueva has a professional transportation background and has served in the public and the private sector infrastructure projects. Mr. Villanueva has over 21 years of extensive professional experience in planning, design and construction of electrical rail systems throughout the Unites States. Experiences include power system planning and design of electrical systems for heavy and light rail traction power as well as for utility and industrial power distribution systems.

 

Flora castillo, 1st vice president

Flora Castillo is a nationally recognized health care executive, mobility and public transportation thought leader dedicated to improving individual's quality of life and building leaders at all levels. An experienced strategist, policymaker and business development executive, Flora is President of Pivot Strategies, LLC., a consulting firm serving the transportation, infrastructure, health insurance industries and its related professional services firms.

 

lenox hyman, 2nd vice president

Lenox Hyman has 19 years of industry experience in the design and construction management of transit facility, highway, roadway, bridge, and railroad improvement projects. His expertise includes design management, public outreach, stakeholder coordination, and construction management.

 

MIBIN ANTHONY, ASSISTANT TREASURER

Mibin Anthony is a Temple graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree. In 2019 he was accepted into COMTO National’s Careers In Transportation for Youth (CITY) Internship Program and was the COMTO 2020 Student Scholarship Program recipient. Mibin has a multitude of years in leadership and training positions where he instructed students to problem solve and think critically.

 

AYESHA HASSAN, FINANCIAL SECRETARY

Ayesha Hassan currently serves as a Civil Associate at Michael Baker International (MBI) in Philadelphia with the Highways Department for more than two years. Ms. Hasan has been an active member of COMTO for the past three years.

 

KETNAH PARCHMENT, FINANCIAL SECRETARY

Ketnah Parchment is a Project Manager for Milligan Consulting, LLC, responsible for effectively analyzing, evaluating, and assessing client practices and policies in support of the project plan and contract objectives. She most recently served as the Financial Secretary and the Director of Membership, for the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) Philadelphia Chapter.

 

MONISE MOSES, CORRESPONDING SECRETARY

Monise Moses currently works for TranSystems located in Center City Philadelphia as a Civil Engineer. She works on various civil design tasks pertaining to bridge rehabilitation and replacement projects. In November 2021, Monise joined the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) Philadelphia Chapter.

 

LYDIA GROSE, IMMEDIATE PAST PRESIDENT

Lydia Grose is Vice President and Office Executive for Michael Baker Internationals Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Office. With over 30 years of experience in the transportation industry within the greater Philadelphia region, she leads Michael Baker’s diverse Philadelphia office teams and its operations. Lydia also serves as Michael Baker’s Northeast Region Diversity Council Representative where she is responsible for the equitable engagement and innovation among the eight offices.
