The Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) is a multi-ethnic, non-profit 501(c)(3) association encompassing every level of the transportation industry in a variety of fields and disciplines. Over the past 50 years, COMTO has evolved into a dynamic organization with over 37 chapters throughout the United States and internationally, with over 3000 members. We Move the Nation through our mission to support the advancement of minority professionals and businesses working in the transportation industry.
The generous donations of our Corporate Partners will contribute to the success of our local Philadelphia Area Chapter and enhance opportunities to further the advancement of minorities in the region’s transportation industry. Your partnership will allow our chapter to provide a forum for members to network, share resources, discuss transportation issues through outreach and collaboration, and continue their professional education. Our goal is not only to be a link for our members to networking opportunities and career development, but also to introduce middle and high school students to the vast opportunities in the transportation field through mentorships.
Our goal and outreach to improve the quality of programs and broaden our membership are met through strong and continued support from companies like you. COMTO Philadelphia is a 100 percent volunteer organization, in which all proceeds from our Partners are dedicated to cover events except for our Annual August Golf Outing Scholarship fundraiser.
